Gillian offers a non-residential weekend seminar on taking control of overeating:

• The weekend, held in St John’s Wood (NW8), is offered to those who live in the London area or who can find somewhere to stay. Send an email for a list of local B&Bs and hotels.

It is strongly recommended that you read Eating Less before attending the weekend.
