| I'm often asked how many calls will be needed, but although I'd love to have an answer, it's impossible for me to say. The reason is because we are all in very different places with this work. Some people just read one of my books once and do fine, for others it's a longer journey. As you know yourself far better than I do, it's for you to decide how much support you want or need from me. |
| You don't need to decide in advance, as I strongly recommend that you pay as you go, and take it as slowly or quickly as suits you. My suggestion is to speak for one hour initially, and then for one half-hour once a week or once every two weeks, for as long as it's helpful for you. Some people just do a one-off call every now and then, and that's fine with me too. |
I have worked very successfully purely through emails. The advantage is
that you have a record of our conversations and can take time to consider both my comments and your own replies. I charge emails depending on how long they take me to answer and provide you with a running time check with each email. |
I don't have a predetermined agenda for one-to-one work. I prefer to respond to you as an individual and to discuss what you want to achieve and what
is standing in your way. It's very important for us both that you have read
one of my books first. |

| Whenever you want to go ahead, just send a cheque (UK bank, made out to Gillian Riley) for one or two hours (£40 GBP per hour) , together with your (land line) phone number and two or three suggestions of when I could call you. We can talk for as long as you want, and then schedule the next call. I usually find a lot can get covered in half an hour. |
